UPPER SCHOOL EXAMS Please check the details of your exams (locations, length etc) via the AIS homepage (link at bottom right of homepage). One PDF file for each day of next week. It is your responsibility to check these details and to let Mr Hurworth know of any clashes, problems etc.
FOOD BANK SIGN UP for Food Bank Product Rescue Center trips in February begins today at 10:30 in room 101.
ACCESS TO THE NEW FIELD!! Until the bleachers are finished, access to the new fied will be through the SAC, back doors through parking lot. Remember; enjoy the new field at recess time as long as you please never eat or drink out there and as long as you wear tennis shoes (sneakers) only.
SOCCER CONDITIONING All boys and girls who are interested in playing varsity soccer and not involved in basketball or swimming: there will be a mandatory conditioning session on Wednesday afternoon, January 7th, from 3:40 to 5 pm.
COMMUNITY PRINCIPLES MENTORING OPPORTUNITY Any10-12 Grader interested in working to mentor 6th grade students should meet in the MS OFFICE for lunch on Tuesday, January 6th. You will not be able to participate unless you attend this first lunch or see Ms. Shaub regarding your interest beforehand. Please bring your own lunch.

- MUSIC PERFORMANCE ENSEMBLES Will resume this week as follows: (TUE) Honor Choir, 7:30-8:20; MS Symphonic Band, Chorus, Strings, 2:35-3:30; (THUR) Honor Choir, 7:30-8:20; US Jazz Band, Chorus, Strings, 2:35-3:30. AIS Symphony will resume on Mon Jan 26. MS ensembles will meet during exam week next week but US ensembles will not meet. Students in MS Band and Strings are urgently reminded to bring instruments back to school on Tue Jan 6. Failure to bring proper equipment will result in a grade consequence!

- MEENGS WITH COUNSELORS All ninth graders will meet with the counselors this week to receive their PSAT scores. Students will meet during their technology period according to the following schedules. They should bring their college folders with them. All 9th graders should report to the meetings even if they did not take the PSAT. Today Tuesday, January 6 – 2:30-3:10 in their counselor’s office – to return to Mr. Davenport's class by 3:15. Other appointments will appear in the bulletin on a daily basis.
